Bio: I am a first-generation college student from Georgia who graduated from Yale with both my B.A. and Ph.D. in Italian Literature. I am a lead outside article editor for the Harvard Civil-Rights Civil-Liberties Law Review, a student attorney with the Prison Legal Assistance Program (PLAP), and active on the Harvard Law & Policy Review. I am a mediocre cellist, have an unhealthy obsession with iced coffee, and have a collection of banned children’s books.

Scoping Out Foley Hoag’s Extensive Reach

On the rooftop deck of Yotel at the Administrative Law Department summer party I got into a conversation with a Foley Hoag partner about the relationship between politics, development, and the environment. Like most good conversations, I couldn’t tell you exactly how it got started, but at a certain point I was reminded of an important case for the development of international environmental law I had read for a class Pulp Mills on the River Uruguay. “Oh yeah,” said the partner.
