Bio: |
I have completed my second year at Boston University School of Law, where I am a member of the Journal of Science & Technology Law and Co-President of OutLaw. I earned a B.A. in Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought from Amherst College in 2018. I interned last summer at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), where I interviewed juvenile clients in removal proceedings in support of asylum and SIJS applications and analyzed trends in immigration law. During college I served as an education coordinator at the Amherst College Queer Resource Center, creating events and educational materials discussing race, class, gender and sexuality, and, as a telementor for the Amherst College Admissions Office’s QuestBridge College Prep Scholars Program, guided low-income high school seniors through the college application and financial aid application processes. I am originally from Venezuela, where baseball is very popular, and I am a big fan of the Boston Red Sox. I also really enjoy cooking and grilling. |
