||Benjamin recently completed his second year at New York University School of Law, where he is an editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics and he serves as research project leader for Law Students for Human Rights. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Olaf College in 2007. Ben interned last summer with the Nanjing University Legal Aid Program for Migrant Workers in China, where he identified employers in violation of labor laws or corporate social responsibility standards and drafted advocacy proposals. He worked prior to law school as an employment resource developer at International Institute of Minnesota (AmeriCorps VISTA) in St. Paul, helping immigrant clients overcome barriers to employment through counseling and training, and as an English instructor at YBM Language Institute in Seoul, South Korea.
